Blackberry Sage Tequila Smash

Originally created with a roll of our Mixology Dice, this drink has become a favorite! We used the ingredients that we rolled here, but you can make a smash with any spirit, sugar, citrus, fruit & herb. So if you don't have blackberries or you don't love tequila for instance, go ahead and switch them out for strawberries or gin.   RECIPE:2 oz. tequila1 oz. grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)3 large blackberries8 sage leaves2 cane sugar cubes >>><<< In a large cocktail shaker, muddle blackberry, sage, & sugar. Tangerine Gin Fizz

Tangerine Gin Fizz 2 oz. gin1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)3/4 oz. agave1 oz. tangerine juice3-4 dashes grapefruit bitters1 egg whitechilled club soda >>><<< In large cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except club soda.Shake vigorously for 25 seconds. Berry Lemon Sour

Berry Lemon Sour Raspberry jam adds a burst of fruit and just the right amount of sweetness to this summery drink. 2 oz. vodka1/2 oz. raspberry preserves1/2 oz. creme de cassis1 oz. meyer lemon juice >>><<< Place ice in a cocktail shaker. The Rum Manhattan: A new twist on a traditional cocktail

The Manhattan. A traditional cocktail that many know and love. But what makes a "cocktail" a cocktail? To answer this question, we have to go back into history, to a time before we referred to all alcoholic concoctions as cocktails. In the stricter sense, a cocktail refers to a drink made up of a spirit, sugar (may be a liqueur), water (or ice), and bitters.
