Tangerine Gin Fizz
2 oz. gin
1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
3/4 oz. agave
1 oz. tangerine juice
3-4 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 egg white
chilled club soda

In large cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except club soda.Shake vigorously for 25 seconds. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds more. Strain mixture into 8-oz. highball glass. Gently top with club soda, garnish, and serve.
