Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm MST are typically shipped the same day. All shipments are sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you upon shipping. Orders are shipped from Tempe, Arizona.
Sending as a gift? Feel free to add a gift message to the recipient in the Notes section of your order — it will print on the packing slip. All domestic packing slips exclude pricing.
USA: 2–4 business days
Canada: 5–15 business days; 2-3 days via DHL express
(Note: There are shipping delays to Canada currently that we can't control. This is an estimate, but it could take longer unless you choose DHL.)
World: 5–20 business days (usually 1-2 weeks); 3-5 days via DHL express

Orders of in stock items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges, which vary by country and can include VAT and additional postal service processing fees. These fees can add up, so please be aware before you order. For an estimate of shipping costs to your location, please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.
Note: Holiday return period will be extended until January 15th, 2019.
U.S. ORDERS: We offer hassle-free returns. Just e-mail us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and upon receipt of your item(s) we'll issue a refund. Easy peasy!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You handle shipping the item(s) back to us, and we'll credit your order in full (items and one way shipping) when we receive them. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you determine the best way to ship depending on your location.
